No system was turning live stadium signals into decisions. Built a multi-stage GenAI agent using the Gemini API with memory, reasoning, and verification loops that surfaces prioritised operational recommendations before a human needs to step in.
SupportDesk — Management System
Support teams lose resolution time when tickets have no structure or routing logic. Built this end-to-end with PostgreSQL, FastAPI REST endpoints, and a React dashboard with live search and escalation, then deployed and debugged it in production on Railway.
Adventure Works Retail Analytics
Raw sales data doesn't tell you which customers or products are actually worth investing in. Built a PostgreSQL star schema with SQL-driven segmentation and product affinity analysis, then surfaced the revenue concentration and margin risk findings in Tableau.
Real-Time Weather Dashboard
Static weather reports don't support real-time operational decisions. Connected Power BI directly to a live Weather API using Power Query to build a self-refreshing dashboard across Indian cities with no manual updates needed.
Superstore Sales Analysis
Aggregate revenue numbers hide where margin is quietly eroding. EDA revealed that high-discount sub-categories were growing revenue but destroying profit, shifting the real question from where we are selling to where we should stop competing on price.
Customer Churn Analysis
Telecom customers leave before the business figures out why. EDA identified month-to-month customers without tech support as the highest-churn group and translated that pattern into a retention strategy a CRM team could act on.
Amazon Fine Food Reviews — Sentiment Analysis
Star ratings are a noisy signal that often hide what customers actually wrote. NLP and t-SNE clustering across 568K reviews showed a consistent gap between written sentiment and star scores, surfacing products that were routinely over or under-rated.
